Tool

Which facility fits. The read, before the call.

Most owners find out what they qualify for by applying everywhere and reading the declines. This runs the same read a desk runs on a first look, against the minimums funders actually publish, and tells you which of the 10 structures are realistic today, which are possible with work, which are not, and what to fix first. 9 questions. Nothing you answer is stored, sent to Citadel Ridge, or attached to an intake.

A first look, not an approval. Every facility is subject to a counterparty's underwriting of the full file.

Step 1

The business, in 9 answers.

Answer from the bank statements, not from memory. Deposits means what actually lands in the operating account in an average month, before the debits come out.

Step 2

The read.

Realistic means the file clears the published minimums for that structure and the conversation is about terms. Possible means 1 gate is missing and it is named. Not today means the structure is the wrong tool or the file cannot reach it yet, and the fix is named too.

A first look built on the minimums funders publish and on the firm's own reading of the market, not an approval, an offer, a quote, or a prediction of what any counterparty will do with a full file. Cost bands describe what the market commonly does with each structure. Nothing entered here is stored by the site, sent to Citadel Ridge, or added to an intake. Closing the page clears it.

Start with the file

A straight read within 2 business days.

Send the basics through the intake form: what the file supports, what is missing, and the next step if there is one. If we are not the right desk for it, we say so.
