022 desksA funding desk that places facilities with third party lenders and funders, and an advisory desk that runs fixed fee mandates for defined outcomes. Compensation on placements is disclosed before anything is signed; advisory fees are fixed, paid at execution by wire, and set out in a single mandate document.

03Alongside counsel and your CPACitadel Ridge is not a law firm, an accounting firm, a broker dealer, or a registered investment adviser, and does not lend its own money. Legal, tax and accounting judgments stay with your counsel and CPA; the firm works alongside them, not in place of them.

04Not debt settlementThe firm does not provide debt settlement, debt adjusting or debt management, and does not negotiate debts down. A position buyout retires every position in full at closing. Credit advisory is a separate educational engagement, not credit repair, and never a condition of any placement. 05Business clients onlyEvery engagement is with an operating business or its owner acting for the business. The firm does not offer consumer credit, consumer loans or consumer services.
