Accessibility
Accessibility statement.
Citadel Ridge intends every business owner to be able to read this site, use its tools, and reach the firm, whatever technology they use to do it. This page states the standard the site is built to, what is known not to meet it, and how to tell us when something does not work.

The standard
The site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is a target rather than a certification: no audit has been performed by a third party, and this statement describes the firm's own testing and its own view of where the site stands.
What the site does
Pages are built from semantic HTML with a single main heading and a descriptive heading structure beneath it. Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is visible. Text and background colors are chosen to hold a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for body text and 3 to 1 for large text. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative artwork, including the contour drawing behind several headers, is marked so that screen readers skip it. Form fields have persistent labels rather than placeholder-only labels, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone. Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport and remains usable at 200 percent zoom. Motion on the site is decorative, and a browser or operating system setting that reduces motion is respected.
Known limitations
The calculators present their results in data tables that are readable with assistive technology but are dense, and on a small screen they require horizontal scrolling within the table. Documents offered for download, including the field guides and the firm overview, are PDFs whose tagging has not been verified to the same standard as the site. Where a third party component is embedded, such as the live chat widget, its accessibility is controlled by that vendor rather than by the firm.
If something does not work
