Application terms

What you are agreeing to when you send the file.

Most sites bury the consents inside the form and hope you click. These are the terms that apply when you use the intake form on this site, stated here in full so you can read them before you start, and they are the same terms the form itself carries.

Last reviewed September 18, 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

Citadel Ridge LLC is a commercial finance brokerage and capital advisory firm, a Wyoming limited liability company, serving operating businesses. It is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not set the terms of any offer. Every facility is arranged through third party lenders and funders and is subject to their underwriting and approval. Sending the file is a request for a read, not an application for credit with any lender.

2. Business clients only

The form is for an operating business or its owner acting for the business. The firm does not offer consumer credit or consumer services, and information about you as an individual is collected only as the owner or officer of the business.

3. Contact consent

If you check the consent box, you agree that Citadel Ridge LLC may call and text you at the number you provide about your request, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service: you may leave the box unchecked and still send the file, and we will respond by email. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies with your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Your mobile number and your opt in are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

4. Credit

Sending the file does not affect your credit. Citadel Ridge does not pull consumer or business credit to give you the initial read. If you proceed with a specific counterparty after seeing an offer, that counterparty will require its own authorization and will make its own inquiry, which may be a hard inquiry on the owner's consumer file and on the business file, and you will be told before that happens. Any authorization you give is to the counterparty named in it.

5. What is confidential, and what is not yet

Submissions through the form are not received in confidence until an engagement agreement is executed. In practice the firm treats every submission as private and uses it only to respond to you and to evaluate the request, but a confidentiality obligation arises with an executed agreement, not with a web form. Do not include account numbers, card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords or images of identity documents in the form, and do not attach bank statements to it; when those are needed they are collected through a channel appropriate for them.

6. What the firm does with the file

Reads it, responds with a written read within 2 business days, and, if you ask us to proceed, submits it only to the counterparties on a list you approve, for the purpose of obtaining offers. It is not sold, rented, or provided to data brokers or lead buyers, and it is not added to a prospecting or dialing list. The privacy policy governs collection and retention and the security policy describes handling.

7. Electronic communications

By providing an email address you agree that the firm may communicate with you electronically, including sending the read, term sheets, offer comparisons and engagement documents by email or through a secure link, and that documents you sign electronically are as binding as ink. You may withdraw this consent by asking for paper, and you may request a paper copy of any electronic document at no charge.

8. No fees, no promises

The firm charges no fee to you to place a facility and no fee in advance of a closing. It promises no approval, no amount, no rate, no timeline and no outcome. Any figure on this site describes a structure or a market range, not an offer. Advisory mandates are a separate fixed fee engagement documented before any fee is paid.

9. What the firm never asks for

An application, processing, packaging or advance fee. Instructions to stop paying an existing obligation. Bank login credentials or account access by text, email or phone. Payment by gift card, wire to an individual, cryptocurrency, or any method other than those set out in an executed engagement document. Anyone asking for these in the firm's name is not the firm. Report it to info@citadel-ridge.com or 307-452-7831.

10. Accuracy and authority

By sending the file you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the business. Information that later proves materially inaccurate may end the engagement and any counterparty's offer.

11. Governing terms

These terms are part of, and read together with, the terms of service and the privacy policy. Where they conflict, an executed engagement agreement governs.
