Editorial standards
How the pages on this site are written.
A business owner deciding about money is entitled to know who wrote what they are reading, where the numbers came from, when it was last checked, and what the writer gets out of it. This is that statement.

Who writes it
Every page on this site is written or reviewed by the firm's principal, Arnold Bhikhai, and reflects the firm's own reading of the market and the law. Nothing on the site is contributed by a lender, a funder, an advertiser, or a content service, and no page is sponsored.
Where the numbers come from
Market ranges for each facility, on the funding page and in the tools, are drawn from the published criteria of lenders and funders across the market, from the state disclosure documents the firm sees on files, and from the firm's own reading of offers. They are stated as ranges, dated, and described as what the market commonly does, never as an offer. Legal summaries on the state pages are drawn from the statutes, the regulators' published guidance, and the firm's reading of them, and they say so. Calculators state their formulas and assumptions on the page.
Dating and review
Pages that carry facts that change, the state disclosures, the market ranges, the private credit page, the legal and policy pages, carry a last reviewed date and are reviewed quarterly, with the Ridgeline Letter, and on any change in law. Insights and briefs carry a publication date. A page that has not been reviewed within its cycle is not treated as current, and the date is there so you can judge it yourself.
Corrections
When a page is found to be wrong, it is corrected, the correction is dated on the page, and the prior version is not quietly overwritten where the change is material. Report an error to info@citadel-ridge.com and it will be looked at within 2 business days.
What the site will not carry
Customer testimonials, reviews, star ratings or success stories, because they are unverifiable to a reader and because the firm's results on 1 file say nothing about another. Named lenders or funders presented as relationships, unless documented. Guaranteed outcomes, promised rates, promised amounts, promised timelines, or any percentage promised in advance. Content written to rank rather than to inform. Advice on stopping payments, blocking debits, or moving receipts, under any framing.
The interest behind it
The firm is paid when a facility funds or when an advisory mandate is engaged, and the pages exist in part to bring in files. That interest is stated on the how we get paid page, including the conflict that commission on revenue based paper rises with its cost, and the site is written on the view that a reader told the truth about price is more likely to send the file than 1 who is not.
Artificial intelligence
Drafting and research tools, including large language models, are used in producing pages on this site. Every page is reviewed by the principal before publication, every legal and market figure is checked against its source, and responsibility for what is published is the firm's. The AI instructions page states the facts about the firm that summaries elsewhere should rely on.
