How it works
3 steps from registration to a file under NDA.
Register the criteria.
Sectors, revenue band, EBITDA range, geography, check size and deal types. 3 minutes. The registry is read by the principal, not by a mailing list.
Receive the overview.
When a mandate fits, you receive a 1 page overview by email: the business in outline, the numbers in bands, the reason for the sale. No name, no location beyond the region, until you ask for more.
Sign the NDA. Read the file.
A signed NDA opens the full file: financial statements, the position schedule, the operating detail, and a call with the principal. Indications go to the principal and are answered directly.

The registry is not limited to control buyers.
Private equity firms and their platform companies register for add on acquisitions. Strategic acquirers register for the trades and regions they are consolidating. Family offices, search funds and independent sponsors register for the owner operated businesses that fit a first acquisition. Credit funds and specialty lenders register to see the acquisition financing and refinancing that comes with every closing.
Every registration is reviewed before it is activated. We confirm the firm, the contact, and the mandate. Registrations that read as list building, lead generation, or resale of deal information are declined.
Citadel Ridge LLC is engaged by the seller under a written mandate and represents the seller's interests in every transaction. Registration creates no advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship with the buyer, and no mandate is offered or promised to any registrant. Overviews and files are shared at the seller's discretion.

Give us the outline of what you buy and how you buy it. The more precise the criteria, the fewer overviews you receive, and the better each one fits. We do not send a mandate to a registrant whose criteria it does not meet.
Registrations are confirmed within 2 business days. Firms only; individual buyers are welcome when backed by committed capital.

What buyers ask before they register.
Is there a charge to register or to receive overviews?
No. Citadel Ridge is engaged and compensated by the seller under a written mandate. Buyers pay nothing to register, to receive overviews, or to review a file under NDA.
Will you share the seller's identity?
Not before an NDA. The overview describes the business, the region, the revenue and earnings in bands, and the reason for the sale. The name, the location, and the full file follow a signed NDA and the seller's approval.
How many overviews will we receive?
Only the ones that fit the criteria you register. We run a small number of mandates at a time and read each registration against each mandate by hand. Most registrants hear from us a few times a year, not a few times a week.
Can a lender or credit fund register?
Yes. Every closing carries acquisition financing, a refinancing of the seller's positions, or both. Lenders who register their appetite by sector, size and geography see those files as they arise.
What if our criteria change?
Register again with the new criteria, or email info@citadel-ridge.com. The most recent registration for a firm governs. Ask us to pause or remove a registration at any time.
